Refund Policy

We although do not prefer you to cancel your booking with us, however in case of any unavoidable circumstances we can entertain your cancellation of booking depending on our Refund Policy stated below:

  • Bookings are made with 100% advacne payment as per displayed fare at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation request sent 72 hours before the due date will be granted along with a complete refund of advance paid.
  • Cancellation request sent 48 hours prior to the due date will be granted but an amount equal to 20% of the booking value or 20% of one day’s fare whoever is lower would be deducted as cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation request sent 24 hours prior to the due date will be granted but an amount equal to 50% of the booking value would be deducted as cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation requests on the due date or No Show at the time of booking will be granted without any refund.
  • You can reschedule your booking by sending us an email 48 hours prior to the arrival date which will be granted without any charges.
  • Cancellation requests should be sent via registered e-mail from the same e-mail Id that was used while booking the vehicle. We will confirm he cancellation within 4 hours of your email. In case of no response within 4 hours of sending email you can contact our customer support number.
  • At the time of reporting our drivers would wait for 15-20 minutes in case of delay from the passenger. In case of no response from the passenger or delays more than 20 mins would result in automatic cancellation of your booking.

 

GrixCars (M/s Gujral Distributors) would not be liable for any refund in case of default made by the passenger like undue delays.
